It’s a well known fact: when you write something it’s really, really, really hard to then also proofread it.
Our brains are too ‘efficient’ – when they’ve created the content, they know what should be there so they fill in the gaps. Not helpful when you hit the send button on an email to your entire mailing list and it has an embarrassing typo hiding in it, or that report you’ve been painstakingly working on for a solid month gets let down by the odd grammatical error here and there, amiright?
I have a degree in professional writing and publishing, so I’m not ashamed to say I get little bit geeky when it comes to this stuff. I’d love to look over (through, and under) your work to make sure it’s error-free and a shining reflection of just how wonderful you are.
